Simple Paneer Bhurji - Easy Paneer bhurji - How to Make Paneer bhurji

Paneer bhurji is a simple Paneer recipe, made with crumbled paneer and capsicum. it Goes well with rice, mild pulao's, jeera rice, chapathi and roti. it also goes as a Good stuffing inside sandwitches, chapathi's, roti, burrito's and quesadilla's.

   Paneer is a great source of calcium, which is helpful in maintaining strong teeth and bones. Paneer provides the protection against cancer. The presence of conjugated linoleic acid and sphingolipids in Paneer makes it effective in preventing cancer.  Paneer is also known to enhance blood. Bell peppers are good sources of potassium. This mineral helps in keeping the fluids and minerals balanced in the body. It enhances muscle function and regulates blood pressure.Green bell pepper has a high content of natural silicon, which may support healthy hair and nails.Now we learn to make simple Easy Paneer recipe.


Paneer Bhurji


Ingredients

Paneer   (crumbled or grated) - 1 cup.
onion - 1.
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp.
tomato - 1.
capsicum (green pepper) - 1/2.

Garam masala - 1/2  tsp.
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp.
chilli powder - 3/4 tsp.
coriander powder - 1 tsp.
water - 2 tbsp.
salt - for taste.
oil - to fry.
cilantro(for garnishing)


Preparation

Thaw the paneer, then crumble or grate the paneer and keep it aside.
chop the capsicum  into cubes.

 Method

  • Heat the oil, add jeera(cumin seeds), when it splutters, add onion, add ginger garlic paste saute well,till onion turns pink.
  • Add tomato saute well, till it turns  mushy.


  • Add cubed  capsicum saute for very 2 - 3  minutes( capsicum should maintain its crunchiness).


  • Now add coriander powder,chilli powder,garam masala  and salt.Mix well.
  • Add crumbled or grated paneer,  then add 2 tbsp of water, saute for 2 more minutes,  till everything gets incorporated and comes in the form of dry curry.


  • Now garnish with  fresh cilantro. It goes very well with chapati,roti,jeera rice,pulao's and fried rice .
