Welcome to my blog!! I am Gayathri Sathyanarayanan , the author of this blog. My longtime passions includes Teaching, Traveling and cooking.Starting this blog has also been one of my long time passions.My Grandmother, being a phenomenal cook, inspired me to try my hands in cooking.Being in a teaching profession, I have always had a belief that knowledge is meant to be shared with everyone.Through this blog, I have given my best to share my culinary knowledge,which I have acquired, with the help of my kins and pals. Please feel free to browse my blog which holds many rare and special recipes that belongs to Vysyas community. Most of the dishes in my blog are unique and not familiar to many people other than vysyas.Through this blog,I hope, everyone will find this blog very useful by being exposed to a rare and unique vysyas cuisine which holds the hint of Authenticity.
