Hi, getting thin avalakki is a little difficult for me right now. Do you think I might be able to get similar results using thick avalakki? Will it get crispy?

if using thick avalakki, deep frying the avalakki is the Good option. if u shallow fry thick avalakki, it won't be cooked properly & won't be crisp too.
