Milk contains a lot of nutrients like potassium, vitamin A, vitamin B2, B3, B6, B12, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, zinc and selenium.This leads to a high concentration of various nutrients than in fresh milk.Desiccated coconut is simply coconut meat that has been grated and dried. It contains no cholesterol or trans fats while being rich in a number of essential nutrients, including dietary fiber, manganese, copper and selenium.Now we learn this simple Laddoo recipe.
Condensed Milk - 1 cup. + (1/4 cup for Rolling)
Desiccated coconut - 1 cup.
Ghee - 2 tsp.
Heat the Ghee in a kadai, add 1 cup of Condensed Milk, 1 cup of desiccated Coconut.
Stir Well, till it leaves the sides of the kadai, It takes 7 to 8 min. It comes as soft dough as shown in the picture.The dough should hold in hands.
Then make lemon sized balls and roll it over desiccated Coconut. Now Coconut Ladoo is ready.
