Chettinad chutney

It is prepared with spring onions.
  • Low in Saturated Fat, Sodium, and Cholesterol
  • High in Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Potassium, Manganese, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Copper.
The nutritional value of spring onions means that they're good for:
  • Losing weight.
  • Maintaining good health.

Ingredients


Small onion - 20.
tomato -1.
chilli powder -1  tsp.
Ani seeds- 1/4 tsp.
salt - to taste.
oil - to fry.
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp.


Method
  • Grind small onions,tomato,aniseeds and salt to gether in a blender.
  • Heat the oil add mustard seeds,when it start crakling add the ground content then add chilli powder saute it well for 20 min.
  • later serve the chutney. it goes well with all kinds of Dosa's and Idli's.
