Ragi Flour - 2 cup.Urad dal - 1/2 cup.
salt - required (11/2 spoon)
Soak Urad dal 1 to 11/2 hours.
- Grind Urad dal.
- Mix it with Ragi flour and salt.
- Allow it ferment for 7 to 8 hours or overnight.
- The consistency of batter should be like normal dosa.
- Start pouring dosa like rava dosa, first fill outer layer, then fill inner as shown in the picture.
