 Mawa burfi is an Easy & Quick  Milk sweet Recipe, made with Khoya (Mawa) & Sugar. This sweet can be made under 15 minutes. you can decorate the burfi with chopped nuts like almonds, cashews & pistachios. It is one of the Easy Diwali Recipe.

  Mawa ki Burfi

yield : 15 burfi 


Mawa(khoya) - 200 gms.

Sugar - 1/4 Cup + 2 tbsp.

Almonds - 10 (Nuts of your choice ).


Bring the Khoya to the Room temperature. Then Crumble it & keep it aside.


1. Heat the Pan, add Khoya & Sugar.Mix well. Stir it.

2. Cook in the low flame for 8 to 10 minutes. Sugar Melts, & turns Goey. 

3. Stir Continuously. till it turns Whole Mass. 

4. Transfer it to a Greased Plate.

 5. Level it with a Spachula. 

6. Sprinkle desired chopped  nuts on it.
7. When it is little warm, cut into desired Shape.


8. Store it in a air tight container for a Week.


  • you can add 1/4 tsp of cardomom Powder & mix it,while stirring.
  • You can increase the Sugar,according to the taste buds.
