Easy Tawa Tomato - Tomatoes On Tawa

Tawa Tomato is an Easy Side Dish Recipe, by Cooking the tomatoes on Stove top with Spice Marination. Easy Tawa Tomato

Ingredients

Ripe Bangalore Tomatoes - 2.
Pepper Powder - 2 tsp.
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp.
Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Oil - to toast.
Salt - as Needed.



Method

Chop the tomatoes. Add Pepper Powder ,Cumin Powder. Marinate for 15 - 20 minutes.Then add Lemon juice & salt. Marinate for 5  more minutes.




Heat the tawa, arrange the  tomatoes on tawa, drizzle some oil. Cook on medium flame on  all the sides, till  the tomatoes are cooked & it shrinks a little. It takes 10 to 12 minutes to cook the tomatoes  on tawa.
                   

Notes

Adjust the Pepper Powder according to your spice level.
you can also add 1/2 tsp coriander powder while Marination.
