- Cook the pasta, as per instructions.(Take a Wide vessel, and allow water to boil, when it comes to rolling boil, add spaghetti and let it cook, till soft).Then drain it in a colander and keep it aside.
- Blanch the tomatoes:Allow the water to boil, in a vessel, when water starts boiling, add tomatoes, cook it, till you get crack in tomatoes, when it cools down, remove the skin of tomotoes, then grind it in a mixie into a smooth paste.Now tomato Puree is ready.
- Heat the oil, add Garlic, when it turns Golden brown, add onions, add cilantro when onions turns golden brown colour, add tomato puree, add chilli powder,turmeric powder,and salt.
- When puree starts boiling add cooked Spagetti, Mix well. Serve Hot.
- bring the water to rolling boil, and cook the spaghetti till soft, and firm.
- Mix well in a way that spaghetti is well coated with pasta.
