Easy Urad flour Dosa - Dosa with urad flour & rice Flour

Urad flour Dosa is an Easy  Dosa Recipe made with urad flour and rice flour. it is a Simple bachelor recipe, handy at busy mornings.it goes well with mostly all types of chutneys, and Tiffin Sambar.





Ingredients

Urad flour - 1 cup.
Rice flour - 1 cup.

Salt - as Needed.
Water - as Required.

Preparation

Take a Mixing bowl, add Urad flour,Rice flour and salt, mix well. Add needed water to make thick batter consistency. It should not have any lumps.let it sit aside and allow it to ferment for overnight or 10 - 12 hours.

Method

  • Next day, batter will get fermented.Add needed water, to make it, pourable consistency, and it should be little thick as shown in the picture.


  • Shape your dosa's and drizzle some oil, once cooked, and turns golden colour flip the dosa.Remove it from tawa, when both sides are cooked.Goes well with all types of chutneys and podi.

Crispy dosa:-) perfect for people without mixie. Have heard about this but I don't know it will b this crisp
