|Easy Christmas Cake|
- Chop the nuts into small pieces.
- Grease the cake tray with butter, then sprinkle APF upon it and pat it, to spread the flour evenly.
- Take a large Vessel, combine, All purpose flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Sugar.
- Add chopped nuts and Maraschino Cherries. mix well ,till nuts are well coated in the flour mixture.
- Beat the Eggs well till it is frothy with vanilla essence. it takes nearly 10 minutes to beat in hand mixer to get that consistency.
- Add the beaten eggs to flour Mixture. Mix well.Now cake Mixture is ready.
- Preheat the oven for 375 °F for 10 minutes.
- Then pour the Cake Mixture to Greased tray and bake for 25 minutes with same 375 °F, until a toothpick inserted near the centre comes out clean.Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
- Now Crunchy Yummy Cake for christmas is Ready to serve.
