Soak raw rice and idli rice together for 4 to 5 hrs.
Remove the leaves from the stem, wash it well and drain the water.
- Grind Soaked raw rice and idli rice with needed water. Add Mudakathan keerai with it.
- Add salt to it.Grind it to a fine batter.
- Consistency should be moderate.
- Ferment it overnight.
- Heat the tawa, pour the ladle of batter at the edges,in a circular motion, batter will automatically fill the centre portion.drizzle some oil on it. when it is cooked on one side,turn the dosa, when it is cooked on both the sides remove it from tawa.you get crispy Dosa. It goes well with Coconut Chutney,onion chutney and tomato chutney.
