Ingredients

Bread Slices - 8.
Cucumber - 1 (Medium) thinly Sliced.
Tomato - 1.(Medium) thinly Sliced.
butter - As required.
Tomato Ketchup/Tomato Sauce - 4 tsp.
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp.
Salt - As Needed.

Preparation

Thinly Slice Cucumber & Tomato.


Method



  • Take two Breads,apply  Butter & Tomato ketchup on Each breads.
  • Arrange thinly Chopped Tomato & Cucumber slices on Buttered Bread.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of  Chilli flakes & required  salt on Cucumber Tomato Slices.
  • Cover it with Tomato Ketchup Bread Slice.
    • Cut the Bread into desired shapes.
    • Serve the Bread.
    Notes
    • you  can use any type of bread either brown bread,white bread,whole Wheat bread or Multi grains bread.
    • While Packing for travel or Picnics or School,always apply thick layer of butter.
    • If Packing the sandwich avoid salt, because cucumber & tomato oozes water & sandwich turns Soggy.
    • For variation Instead of Tomato Ketchup, you can apply Green Chutney also.
    • Instead of bread you can apply Mayonnaise also.
    • Instead of Chilli flakes you can apply Pepper Powder also.
