Crispy Rice Dosa - With left over rice - Annam Dosa

If you have rice left overs don't need to worry. you could make crispy yummy dosa's with rice left overs. This is an authentic recipe.

Raw rice - 1/2  cup.
Idli rice - 1/2 cup.
Urad dal - 1/4 cup.
Chana dal - 2 tbsp.
Cooked rice - 1 cup.

salt - for taste.


Soak the rice for 4 to 5 hrs.


  • To the Soaked  rice add  cooked rice,urad dal, chana dal  and salt.Grind it into a smooth paste, with needed water. 
  • Consistency should be moderate.like our normal dosa batter consistency. Give a standing time of two hours. Then spread the dosa like we make normal dosa.
