Easy Aval Ladoo - Atukula Ladoo

Aval laddu(Avalakki Unde) is a Instant Krishna Jayanthi or Gokulashtami recipe. This is an InstantSweet recipe for Sri Krishna.This laddu is prepared with poha,jaggery(bellam) and coconut.Poha is called as riceflakes or flatted rice which is rich in fibers, iron. Poha is one of healthy foods. Now we make instant and quick laddu. bachelors can try this  aval urundai for krishna Jayanthi.

Poha Laddu

 Ingredients

Poha - 1 cup.
Jaggery(bellam) - 1/2 cup.
coconut(Fresh) - 1/2 cup. 

Method

  • Dry Roast  the Poha in a kadai, till it is hot to touch.
  •  Then  Grind Poha,jaggery,coconut(grated) together  into coarse powder as shown in the picture.

  • Hold  medium size balls.
  • Now laddu is ready.
  • Offer this laddu to Lord  Krishna, to get his blessings.
Notes

  •  Use Fresh Coconut for this Ladoo.
  • you can fry Cashews & Raisins in Ghee & add it to Ground Mixture.
